Santa Luz Retreat
When this snowbird couple comes to live in their Santa Luz secluded Tuscan villa getaway, they desire the finest in vacation living. The home was originally traditional Tuscan architecture but by creating a new entryway, low-shaped hedges with an even number of accent topiary trees, along with linear plantings, we transformed this front yard into a Tuscan contemporary vacation getaway.
The central courtyard was designed for outdoor fine dining and a heated overhead structure over the dining table created a warm and comfortable place to entertain. The ambiance was created by a beautiful fire feature and the sounds of streaming water by a fountain with LED lighting effects. Every element in their backyard outdoor space was thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the spectacular views of the golf course from the linear firepit to the water fountains and statues.
